RESOLUTION NO. 83-89
AMENDMENT TO THE
EDSALL SHORT PLAT
WHEREAS, the Edsall Short Plat was recorded in Volume 1 of Short Plats,
Page 171 and
WHEREAS, the notice to potential purchasers restricting on-site sewage
disposal on Lots 1, 2, « 3 no longer applies to the property, and
WHEREAS, additional notices to potential purchasers have been required
to allow septic system approval on Lots 1, 2, « 3 and
WHEREAS, the amendments to the plat have been approved by, the
Jefferson County Health Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Edsall Short Plat be amended
to delete (1) notice to potential purchasers #2, 3, 6, 7, 8, « 9, and (2) the
following Declaration of Restriction: Lot #3 is restricted to uses which do
not require on-site sewage disposal, and to include the following additional
notices to potential purchasers relating to Lots 1, 2,.« 3:
1. Any removal of or major disturbance of soil within the proposed
drainfield and reserve areas may create site conditions that are
unacceptable for the installation of sewage disposal systems and
could invalidate the sewage disposal permits.
2. Wells shall not be located closer than 100 feet to any sewage disposal
system or an area approved for future sewage disposal systems,
including reserve drainfield areas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the correction be placed on a duplicate mylar
and filed with the Jefferson County Auditor referring to this resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this )/4 day of September 1989.
