WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of! Commissioners has determined that
Resolution No. l14~8l be rescinded and, in ~e interest of public safety, the
Gardiner Beach Road be restricted to local Itraffic only and signs be posted
notifying t~e public of said restriction, I

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Resolution N~. 114-81 be rescinded.

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED that the Depa~tment of Public Works is hereby
directed to install signing restricting usa~e of the above described road at
mileposts 0.70 and 0.92 as required by the ~nual on Uniform Traffic Control
Devices. I
