RIVER VALLEY VIEW LONG PLAT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the Plat of River Valley View was approved and filed in
Volume 6, Page 103, Book of Plats; and amended and refiled on Page A -163;
and
WHEREAS, both the Plat and amended Plat contain a provision for the
dedication of Open Space for park and recreation purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners within the Plat wish to remove the Open Space
area and pay a fee in lieu of park dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has entered into
an agreement, filed under Auditor's File Volume , Page to remove
the Open Space dedication and provide for a fee to satisfy the Open Space
requirement of the Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance 1 -75, Section
6.204, as amended,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the River Valley View Long Plat
be amended removing the dedication of Open Space; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the amendment be shown on a duplicate
mylar and filed with the Jefferson County Auditor referencing that
resolution.
