IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Oak Bay Road

Road Log No.569908
from M.P. ~ to M.P. ~ be improved as follows:
Resurfaced with A.C., widening & surfacing shoulders, improve
pedestrian facilities, provide bus pull outs, provide right turn
tapers @ Swansonville Rd., Admiralty Way, Paradise Rd., provide
left turn channelization & illumination at Paradise Rd.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:

X- The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in
accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
