RESOLUTION 'by The Board of County Commissiqners of Jefferson County,
Washington;
WRF.RF.A~, Jefferson County is the record owner of the following described
real estate;
WRF.RF.A~, in the improvement of SR 101, Harlow Creek to Queets River,
Sheet 1 of 5 Sheets, by the State of Washington, Department of
Transportation, it is necessary and advisable for the State of Washington to
acquire title to ALL COUNTY ROADS and EASEMENTS, recorded and unrecorded,
rights and appurtenances thereto, located within the limits of said highway,
said lands for a right of way for said highway; and
WRF.RFÃ~, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, it appears to the said Board that it will be in the best
interests of both Jefferson County and the State of Washington that Jefferson
County convey said lands to the State of Washington by Quit Claim Deed for a
consideration of Mutual Benefits.
NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Jefferson County, Washington, that Jefferson County, in accordance with RCW
47.12.040 and through its Board of County Commissioners to deliver said deed
to the State of Washington, Department of Transportation.
