RESOLUTION 121- 89
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 55-83 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, Jefferson County regulated the location and duration of
Temporary Structures through Resolution 55~83; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has adopted the 3efferson County
Development Code, Ordinance 3-89; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance contains provisions to regulate Temporary
Uses and Structures;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution 55-83 is declared to
be redundant and is hereby repealed.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1~_day of December, 1989.
