WHEREAS, one-half of the Jefferson county prosecuting Attorney's
salary is paid by the state of washington in 'accordance with R.C. W.
36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of
the salarY$stablished as a basis for payment of the state's share of the
Jefferson county Prosecuting Attorney's salary; now, therefore,
BE I'}! RESQLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson county Prosecut-
ing Attor~ey for calendar year 1990 is forty three thousand five hundred and
no/100 dollars ($43,500.00)èffective as of january 1, 1990.
APPROVED this ~~day of December, 1989.
