RESOLUTION NO. 3-88
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS/EXTENSIONS
VARIOUS COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 28th day of December, 1987, declare that an emergency
existed to provide the total sum of $15,237.57 for the Building
Inspection Budget, Shoreline Commission Budget and the Sheriff's
Department and set a hearing on said emergency for the 11th day
of January, 1988, at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said
hearing and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
I TIS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, that due to there being sufficient funds in the
unencumbered fund balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the
County Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to extend the
budgets of the above noted Departments by the amounts so
specified on the attached requests not to exceed the total amount
of $15,237.57.
