RESOLUTION NO. 5-88
SALARY SURVEY PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Employees Guild requested
that a wage and salary program be implemented for County non-
union employees; and
WHEREAS, in compliance with the Guild's request, a salary
survey was completed including job descriptions, step and grade
schedule, implementation worksheets and manual, along with certain
specified policies and procedures; and
WHEREAS, during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board
of County Commissioners on June 22nd, 1987, the salary survey
program was approved and made effective as of April 1, 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners, that the SALARY SURVEY PROGRAM including job
descriptions, step and grade schedule, implementation worksheets
and manual, and the Salary Administration Committee/Salary Review
Committee policies and procedures including, but not limited to
performance appraisals, are hereby formally adopted by reference,
for all County employees, EXCEPT elected officials, department
heads and union members.
