WHEREAS, the open space area of the River Valley View Long Plat exc
the requirements of the Jefferson County SUb:Uvision Ordinance; am
RIVER VALLEY' VIEW LOH3 PLAT AMF.NIM!:NT
WHEREAS, all the lot QW:1ers of the plat su"t:mi tted a petition requesting
that the 4.42 acres of open space be reduced to 2.5 acres an:ì relocated to the
wester 1 y corner of Lot 1; and
WHEREAS, with this amendment, the plat would remain in co~liance with
the requirements an:ì provisions of the Jefferson County SU1:xlivision Ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the River Valley View Long Plat be
amended to reduce the open space area from 4.42 acres to 2.5 acres an:ì be
relocated to the westerly corner of Lot 1.
BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED, the amendment be shown on a duplicate mylar an:ì
filed with the Jefferson County Auditor referring to this resolution.
