RESOLUTION NO. 2 6 __ -88
SHINE PLAT AND SECOND SHINE PLAT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the Shine Plat was filed with the Jefferson County Auditor on
March 17, 1985 on Page 15 of Volume 4 and the Second Shine Plat was filed. on
September 8, 1959 on Page 19 of Volume 4, Book of Plats, records of Jefferson
County, Washington, along with protective covenants; and
WHEREAS, a peti tion has been suomi tted to Jefferson County to amend
Items 1 and 7 of the protective covenants; and
WHEREAS, the peti tion was signed by one hundred percent of the lot CMners
of the Shine Plat and Second Shine Plat shall be amended and portrayed as
follows:
1 . Add the following Covenant 1: "Each dwelling house shall be used for a
single family residence only."
2. Replace Covenant 7 with the folladng: "These protective restrictions
shall be perpetual."
APPROVED this 14th day of March 1988.
