A RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION NO. 32-88
DISSOLVING THE CORRECTION CENTER
CONSTRUCTION PUND AKD PROVIDING
POR AN EQUITY FUND TRANSFER
OP MONIES THEREIN
WHEREAS, the Correction Center Construction Fund was
established during the 1984 Budget Hearings for the purpose of
creating a budget line item from which all jail construction
expenses were to be paid; and
WHEREAS, it is no longer necessary to retain a special
Correction Center Construction Fund; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby
directed to transfer the balance of monies remaining in the
Correction Center Construction Fund to the Construction and
Renovation Fund in the form of a residual equity fund transfer.
