WHEREAS, R.C.W. 36.81.130 and W.A.C. 136-16-042 provides for
the modification of the Annual Construction Program and in
contemplation of the language of said statutes;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Annual
