39-88
WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard this day upon the
County Road Engineer's report and the County Planning
Department's report with respect to "Resolution No. 29-88, Intent
to Establish a County Road", submitted by the Jefferson County
Commissioners, and it appearing to the Board of County
Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and
published to the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of
such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised
in the premises does now find and determine that the public will
be benefited by the establishment as a part of the County Road
System:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED
THAT:
That road known as West Fredericks Street, lying in the
plat of Eisenbeis Bay View Addition as recorded in
Volume 2, Page 24 of Plats, records of Jefferson
County, State of Washington.
be and the same are hereby established.
