NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTENT TO HOLD PUBLIC AUCTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be
held by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners on the 16th
day of May, 1988, at the hour of 10:00a.m., in the Commissioners'
Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington,
to admit evidence offered for and/or against the propriety and
advisabili ty of holding a public auction to dispose of surplus
county property. Generalized list of items to be sold is as
follows:
Vehicles
Unit Shovel
Brush chipper
Asphalt distributor
Tractor truck
Rotary sanders
Trucks
Tar pot
Huber roller
TD-20 dozer
Lowboy trailer
Steel bridge parts
Along with the above described personal property will
be other miscellaneous equipment parts and various office
supplies. Complete inventory lists are available at the Hadlock
County Shop, the Public Works Department and the County
Commissioners' Office.
Any taxpayer in person or by counsel may appear at said
hearing to submit evidence for or against the proposed Public
Auction.
