50-88
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
BRINNON SENIOR CENTER PROJECT BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Commissioners did, on the
18th day of April, 1988, declare that an emergency existed to
provide the total sum of $55,000.00 for the Brinnon Senior Center
Project Budget and set a hearing on said emergency for the 9th day
of May, 1988, at the hour of 10:30a.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that due to there being sufficient funds wi thin the Construction
and Renova t i on Budget No. 13900 to allow for the emergency
appropriation, the Jefferson County Auditor is hereby authorized to
extend the Brinnon Senior Center Project Budget by the amount of
$55,000.00, from the Construction and Renovation Budget No. 13900,
to complete construction of the Brinnon Water System and to pay
retainage for the Senior Center construction.
