WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a lot line
petition submitted by Anthony Stroeder and Leslie Donovan; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing
on the lot line vacation petition on May 2, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered testimony of
the public, comments from applicable departments, agencies and offices, and
recommendation from the Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson
County Planning Commission at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners determined at the
public hearing that the public will benefit from the vacation of the lot lines
and such vacation complies with the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan and
other applicable plans, policies or ordinances; and
WHEREAS, compensa t i on required pursuant to RCW 36.87.120 and Jefferson
County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-85 has been met,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the fOllowing be vacated and abandoned
pursuant to RCW 36.87.140 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 3-
85: those lot lines lying between Lots 1 & 2, 2 & 3, 3 & 4, 4 & 5, 5 & 6, 6 &
7, 7 & 8, 8 & 9, 9 & 10, 10 & II, 10 & 12, and 11 & 12 of Block 23, Chalmer's
Second Addition as recorded in Volume 3, Page 9 of Plats, Records of Jefferson
County, State of Washington.
