RESOLUTION NO. 55-88
FINDINGS AND DETERMINATION
SALE OF SURPLUS COUNTY PERSONAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property belonging
to Jefferson County have been identified by various department
heads as no longer required for County purposes; and
WHEREAS, notice of a hearing on the proposal to dispose
of County property to be held on Monday May 16, 1988, at the hour
of 10:00a.m. has been given in compliance with R.C.W. 36.34.020
and .030; and
WHEREAS, hearing on the proposal to sell County
property has been held and all evidence offered for and against
the propriety and advisability of such sale has been considered
by the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that sale of those items listed
on the attached INVENTORY is authorized and approved.
I TIS FURTHER RESOLVED, that said sale of County
personal property shall be held on the 4th day of June, 1988, at
the hour of 11:00a.m., at the Hadlock County Shop, and that
notice of the said sale be given in accordance with R.C.W.
36.34.090 and .100.
