RESOLUTION NO.
86-88
BUDGET TRANSFER
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County commissioners' Office
has requested a budget transfer in order to balance their 1988
Budget of Expenditures, due to additional expenditures not
anticipated at the time of preparing the said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in other
categories within their budget to allow the requested transfer;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be and she is
hereby authorized to make the following transfer as per the
attached detail:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
being sufficient funds in other accounts within, the budget of the
department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request
