RESOLUTION NO. 94-88
BUDGET TRANSFERS
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department has
requested budget transfers, necessitated by expenses not
anticipated at the time of preparing their budget, in order to
balance their 1988 Budget of Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, due to there being suff icient funds in other
ca tegories wi thin their budget to allow the requested transfers;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
authorized to make transfers as per the attached request:

Gentlemen:
Please be advised that after a thorough examination of my current-
budget it appears that an adjustment should be made within the
Budget of Expenditures for this department. Due to there
being sufficient funds in other accounts within the budget of the
department to permit the necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request
