WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has
been petitioned to establish the name of certain private roads
located 1„ Section 19 Township 29 North, Range 2 West, W.M.
, as
shown on attached Exhlibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, a majority of tie property owners using said roads
are in agreement regarding the names,
NOW THEREFORE EE IT RESOLVED, that the roads shall be named
Fulton Way, Freeman Lane, Molenda Lane, Blaze .,a. , Fager Hill
Road, Nelson. Place, and Car-If Court.
