Rondelay Meadows Water System x
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rondelay Meadows Water System has
filed an application wi th the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, Washington, for a franchise to construct, operate
and maintain a water system, authorized under Title 56 RCW,
including those common under Title 56 and 57 per 56.20.015,
consisting of installation and service connections upon, under,
over, across and along the rights of way of the county roads of
Jefferson County, Washington, more particularly described as
follows:
Those county roads lying within the Plat of Rondelay Meadows,
as recorded in Volume 6, Page 17 of Plats, records of
Jefferson County, being in Section 28, Township 30 North,
Range 2 West, W.M.

The Fra~chise Application is for a period of twenty-five (25)
years.
The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State
of Washington, has fixed Monday, the ~~ay of November , 1988,
at the hour of 10: 30 a.m. 0 I clock in the Office of the County
Commissioners, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend,
Washington, as the time and place for the hearing on said
application. Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by
order of the Board. After such hearing the Board will take such
action with reference to the application as the Board shall deem
appropriate for the public interest.
This Resolution repeals and replaces Resolution No. 102-88,
signed and dated October 24, 1988.
