RESOLUTION NO. 107-88
NOTICE OF HEARING
JEFFERSON COUNTY BUDGET FOR 1989
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40 the Board of Jefferson
Coun ty Commissioners has completed and placed on file the
preliminary budget for 1989, a copy of which will be furnished
any citizen who comes to the Auditor's Office within the
Courthouse, Port Townsend, WA and requests one; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.071, the county
legislative authority has selected the alternate date for budget
hearings which shall commence on the first Monday in December;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners that budget hearings shall commence on the
5th day of December, 1988, at the hour of 2:00p.m. in the County
Commissioners' Chambers, Courthouse, Port Townsend, WA and
continue through until the 9th day of December, 1988. Upon
conclusion of said hearings, the final County Budget shall be
adopted and tax levies set for 1989. Any interested taxpayer may
appear at said hearings and be heard for or against any portion
of the proposed budget.
