WHEREAS, one-half of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary is paid by the State of Washington in
accordance with R.C.W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires
documentation of the salary established as a basis for payment
of the State's share of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney for calendar year 1989 is Thirty Eight
Thousand, Five Hundred Eighty Eight and nO/lOa dollars
($38,588.00) effective as of January 1, 1989.
