RESOLUTION NO. 5-87
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S SALARY FOR 1987
WHEREAS, one-half of the Jefferson County Prosecuting
Attorney's salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires
documentation of the salary established as a basis for payment of
the State's share of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's
salary; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for calendar year 1987 is Thirty Five
Thousand and no/lOO dollars ($35,000.00), effective as of
January 1, 1987.
