Extending Repayment of Loans
To the Solid Waste Fund

RESOLUTION NO. 6-87
WHEREAS, loans were made to the Solid Waste Fund from the County
Road Fund per Resolution No. 3-84 and 31-84, totaling $135,000, and
WHEREAS, the conditions of the loan provided for repayment with
interest at eight (8) per cent per annum would be made by December
1985, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 104-85 provided for payment of $40,000 and
an extension of the loan to December 1986, and
WHEREAS, the present financial condition of the Solid Waste Fund
precludes the operation thereof without the extention of the loans,
and
WHEREAS, the balance of the loan is $125,112 with interest less
$75,000 paid in December 1986, leaving an unpaid balance of $50,112.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the remaining unpaid balance
of the loans provided per Resolution No. 3-84 and 31-84 be extended
to December 1987.
