RESOLUTION NO.
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
PLANNING/BUILDING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Comro,issioners did,
on the 9th day of February, 1987, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $270.00 for the Planning/Building Department's
budget and set a hearing on said emergency for the 23rd day of Feb-
ruary, 1987, at the hour of 3:00p.m.; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said
hearing and no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
that due to there being sufficient funds in the enencumbered fund
balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the Jefferson County Auditor
be, and she is hereby authorized to include the sum of $270.00 in
the Planning/Building Department budget for 1987, under BARS Account
No. 01420.558.60.41.60, which constitutes a new line item within
said budget, for the purpose of paying for Consulting Services to
convert the addressing system files on the Tandy Radio Shack computer
to the IBM computer.
