RESOLUTION NO. 11-87
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTENT TO HOLD PUBLIC AUCTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held
by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners on the 16th day of
March, 1987, at the hour of 10:30a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers,
Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, to admit
evidence offered for and/or against the propriety and advisability
of holding a public auction to dispose of surplus county property.
Generalized list of items to be sold is as follows:
Vehicles
Trucks
Backhoe
Scraper
Loader
Dump boxes
Tractor & Brusher
Bucket Broom
Brush Blade
Crane
Mower for Tractor
Engine 4 h.p. & 9 h.p.
Misc. Parts
Homelite Chainsaw Parts
Tarpot
Rotary Sanders
Compactor
Along with the above described personal property will be
other miscellaneous office items such as card index files, stencils,
pencil sharpener, mimeograph ink, hektograph duplicator, carbon
paper, clearoscope viewer & light, spirit carbons and master units.
Complete inventory lists are available at the Hadlock County Shop,
the Public Works Department and the County Commissioners' Office.
Any taxpayer may appear at said hearing and submit
evidence.

the Port Townsend leader, a weekly newspaper which has
been established, published in the English language and cir,
culated continuously as a weekly newspaper in the town of
Port Townsend, in said County and State, and for general cir,
culation in said county for more than six (61 months prior to the
dote of the first publication of the Notice hereto attached, and
that the said Port Townsend leader was on the 27th day of
June 1941, approved as a legal newspaper by the Superior
Court of said Jefferson County, and that annexed is true copy
