RESOLUTION NO. 13-87
A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING THE FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING TRUST ACCOUNT AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EQUITY FUND TRANSFER
OF MONIES THEREIN
WHEREAS, a Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Account was
established in December 1972, for the purpose of receiving and
disbursing certain designated monies from the Federal Government;
and
WHEREAS, the final payment of Revenue Sharing funds was
made by the Federal Government on September 30, 1986; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby
directed to transfer the total amount of monies remaining in the
Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Account to Current Expense in the
form of an equity fund transfer to reimburse Current Expense for
appropriations made to the Non-Departmental Fund by Resolution No.
101-86, attached. ~J

RESOLUTION NO. 101-86
ORDER
BUDGET APPROPRIATION
CURRENT EXPENSE NON-DEPARTMENTAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did,
on the 8th day of December, 1986, declare that an emergency existed
to provide the sum of $15,744.75 for the Current Expense Non-Depart-
mental Fund and set a hearing on said emergency for the 22nd day of
December, 1986, at the hour of 10:00a.m., and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing
an no objection or objection interposed; now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners, that due to there being sufficient funds in the unen-
cumbered fund balance of the Current Expense Fund, that the Jefferson
County Auditor be and she is hereby authorized to include the sum of
$15,744.75 in the Non-Departmental Fund as follows:
Domestic Violence $1,800.00
Juvenile Diversion 2,449.99
Community Action Council 9,345.75
Drug Abuse 150.00
Mental Health
Total:
