RESOLUTION NO.
23-87
WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard on the 23rd day of March,
1987, upon the reports submitted by the Jefferson County Public Works
Department with respect to the vacation set forth in "Intent to
Vacate", Jefferson County Resolution No. 43-84, and it appearing to the
Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted
and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of
such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board
having the other evidence adduced and being fully advised in the
premises, does not find and determine that the public will be benefited
by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED:
All that portion of the 60 feet in width by approximately 2,800
feet in length right of way of the Woodman to Keymes Road (a portion of
which is known as the Lower Adelma Beach Road No. 604809) from the
south line of Tax 33 in Section 32, Township 30 N., Range 1 W.W.M.,
thence south to the westerly right of way line of the Adelma Beach Road
No. 602309, in Tax 6, Section 5, Township 29 N., Range 1 W.W.M.
be, and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned pursuant to RCW
36.87.140.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an easement for public utilities
purposes shall be retained along the length of the vacated portion of
the road.
