AMENDMENT TO THE
TWIGGS SHORT PLAT
WHEREAS, the
Short Plats, Page
Twiggs Short Plat was recorded i'/l~
202 and
WHEREAS, the notice to potentia] purchasers restricting on-
site sewage disposal on Lot 1 no longer applies to the property,
and
WHEREAS, additional notices to potential purchasers have
been required to aJ.low septic system approval on Lot 1, and
WHEREAS, the amendmf,mts to the plat have hf~i:m approved by
the Jefferson County Health Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Twiggs Short Plat be
amended to delete notice to potential purchasers #1 and to
include the following additional notice to potential purchasers
relating to Lot 1:
1. Depth of suitable soils varied from 12" - 20". Lack of
uniform depth necessitates two-staged secondary treatment
via a mound preceded by sarJfilter. Engineer design
required.
2. System to be installed in exact area of sojl logs 5, 9, 10,
11, (initial) and 6, 7 (reserve).
3. Site would have to be hand cleared and trees on proposed
mound site cut to near grade.
4. Operations and management contract, 0 & M manual required.
5. Washington State Department of Social Health Services
approval of public water system required.
6. Performance monitoring required; fees to be set by Jefferson
County Health Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the correction be placed on a
duplicate mylar and filed with the Jefferson County Auditor
referring to this resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this ~~day of May 1987.
