RESOLUTION NO. 43-87
BUDGET TRANSFER
JUVENILE/FAMILY COURT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Juvenile/Family Court Services Director
has requested a budget transfer in order to balance her 1987
Budget of Expenditures, necessitated by expenses not anticipated
at the time of preparing the said budget; and
WHEREAS, due to there being sufficient funds in another
category within her budget to allow the requested transfer; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby authorized to make the transfer as follows:

RE: Billing for Receptionist Services
In my memo to you of 5-4-87, I had outlined that the allocation for 1) the re-
ceptionist services and 2) the Family Court Services were exhausted and relief was
necessary to prevent a negative run in those line items.
In discussion with you on 5-11-87, you had requested me to prepare a Budget
Transfer of monies from other categories to cover the Family Court exoenditures for
the present. I have done so by moving $500 from the Travel allocation.
In discussion about the receptionist services, I had referenced an earlier com-
ment that Larry had made about giving the bill to the BOCC when I had exhausted my
allocation. You indicated you did not know what he had in mind but were receptive to
that plan and therefore I have attached it for your processing.
