Agreement x
WHEREAS, at the general election of November 5, 1985, and certified accordingly, the
Cape George Sewer District No. 1 was created in accordance with TITLE 56, R. C. W., with the
powers and obligations as defined, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Cape George Sewer District have requested authority to
operate as defined under Jefferson County Ordinance No. 2-81, and.
WHEREAS, the boundaries of the Cape George Sewer District are as defined by the
general election of November 5, 1985, subject to such annexations as may hereafter be
approved by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Cape George Sewer District have agreed to comply with
the requirements of Jefferson County Ordinance 2-81, an ordinance prescribing terms and
conditions applicable to franchises granted to public utility corporations,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cape George Sewer District No. 1 is authorized under the agreed
terms and conditions to conduct business as prescribed under Title 56, R.C.W.. Sewer
Districts.
