We hope you join us for a picnic potluck, Sunday July 31 from 1pm-4pm at Olympic Cellars. The Land Trust is providing the main dish, and we ask that you please bring a side dish or dessert. Along with the meeting, you'll get to see and hear about our newly released 2021 Impact Report, and the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan that will guide the Land Trust's next five years. We are excited to welcome a local farmer to our board! Anna grew up on the Olympic Peninsula, and her family owns Bent Gate Farms, which raises 100% grass fed beef and lamb, and organically fed pastured pork. Anna is involved with many community organizations, including 4-H and Pacific Northwest Junior livestock Auction. Anna said, "I want to be a part of preserving the fertile valley, keeping what farmland that is left in production and setting future generations up for success."
