As the USA descends further into chaos, the Bainbridge Police, Joe Fore Us Customs and Boat Broker Dave Carleson are doing their part to prop up corrupt Foreign Police Departments, resulting
in the further erosion of the USA, see below what we are referring to in regards to the theft of the 1913 yacht “Kalisha”, by Joe Fore, Dave Carleson and Bainbridge Police.

After reading these factual reviews below and after confirming on google reviews that this information is authentic you as a Resident of the Pacific Northwest will probably be quite
dismayed to know that your hard-earned tax dollars are being used by your local BainBridge Island Police, Joe Fore/US Customs and a local opportunist named; Dave Carleson/Boat Broker
at WaterLine Boats/Boatshed to steal foreigner’s yachts with the sole interest of “doing favors for another corrupt Police Department” as mentioned below in Canada. (Calgary Alberta)
As you read though the following information, we suggest that you ask yourself one question “Was the classic yacht Kalisha ever reported stolen, was there ever a police report” the answer
is and has always been NO. There was never a real victim of a theft only the legitimate owner who was put in the Bainbridge Island jail without charge and had his Yacht Kalisha seized/stolen
by the above-named individuals This seizure of Kalisha was and has always been about Corruption within the Bainbridge Police & Seattle US Customs Dept helping out other law enforcement
agencies such as the Calgary Police.
We should also add that in these reviews there is compelling references to “Calgary City Police Corruption, be aware there were extensive letter campaigns worldwide exposing Calgary
Police Corruption throughout the 1990s. Corruption is now well documented within the Calgary Police, but at that time in the 1990s some of these Canadians who bravely wrote about corruption
had to permanently leave Canada, due to “Revenge Tactics” from the Calgary police. What you are seeing happen in Canada now regarding the truckers having their trucks and bank accounts
seized has been going on for decades in Canada, Prime Minster Trudeau has just brought the “Real Canada” out into the open for the world to see.
We doubt that the theft of the Classic yacht “Kalisha” by Joe Fore, Bainbridge Police & Dave Carleson is an isolated incident. Therefore, we will stress that we are peaceful and non-violent
but we doubt that everyone would take the same position as us if they find people such as the Bainbridge Police, Joe Fore, & Dave Carleson taking their Yacht and looting everything
that they can for their own personal use.
In conclusion when you as a US Citizen travel to Canada would you expect Due Process and to be treated fairly by the Canadian Authorities if there was some type of dispute? Of course,
you would, and we would hope so as well. The problem for US Citizen’s traveling to Canada now on their Yacht or motorhome etc. safely has been undermined by the below stated actions
of The Bainbridge Police, Joe Fore and Dave Carleson and people like them in positions to abuse people’s rights. In other words, other Canadian victims of the actions of Joe Fore Bainbridge
Police, Dave Carleson or their associates may be looking to “settle a score” on some innocent US Citizens traveling through Canada. We are not suggesting violence but violence cannot
be excluded, therefore when traveling north of the border we suggest that all US Citizens take all reasonable precautions, and have “Backup Paperwork” for all of your property etc.
On a related issue we are aware that some Americans like to bring handguns into Canada on their Yachts for self-protection, so here are the Canadian rules/laws for handguns as far as
we have ascertained;
“A restricted firearm may be brought into Canada, but an Authorization to Transport permit must be obtained in advance from a Provincial or Territorial Chief Firearms Officer. The permit
allows a handgun to be in transit, for example to Alaska, but a permit would not be issued to someone simply vacationing in Canada”.

in the illegal seizure of our yacht. See that review to understand Dave's involvement.
UPDATE; After conferring lawyers, I have been advised to start a lawsuit against the following; Bainbridge Island Police, US Customs, Agent Joe Fore. All of them violated my rights and
the US Constitution.
I informed one lawyer that I was not actually arrested on Bainbridge Island, but taken and held in the Bainbridge Island Jail without charge, no rights were read. He informed me that
this is against the law. Just before I was released from the Bainbridge Island Jail, I heard Joe Fore say to the chief of police; "We better release him because we are not following
his Due Process Procedures and he has no criminal record". I now understand Due Process. Everyone on Bainbridge Island should be aware of the potential for your property/freedom being
taken away from you at any time. The Bainbridge Island police do not follow any rules, nor do US Customs. If you speak with the Bainbridge Island Police in the future feel free to bring
up the case of the Classic Yacht "Kalisha" that they took from an innocent owner under the guise that it was stolen. We did prove it was ours, took many months and we were stuck with
all storage costs etc. over $10,000USD. We could have proved Kalisha was ours with a phone call but all was denied. If you see Joe Fore home, 1291 E Marrowstone Rd Tel (360) 379-1434,
I suggest you secure your Yacht/Boat/Property VERY WELL. Joe Fore is of the opinion; "yours" is his. Our yacht "Kalisha" was moored at "Mahina Yacht Sales on Bainbridge", run by Dave
Carleson. Dave was no help when this grievous violation of my basic rights happened. In fact, Dave phoned me after and tried to offer a ridiculously low amount for Kalisha when it was
released. So, he is an obvious opportunist in the first degree! I found out later that it was Dave Carleson that disabled the engine for Kalisha so that when I arrived it would not
start. When I think of Dave Carlson “Snake”. We do not recommend dealing with Dave Carleson EVER!

A corrupt Police Department in Canada, The Calgary Police initiated this seizure as an act of revenge against us for exposing corruption in their force. They held the original Bill of

It's been years since you assisted Joe Fore seize our yacht/home from us on Bainbridge Island, you are famous for all the wrong reasons. See; “Bainbridge Island Police Review ". Your
picture has been posted for all to see, and for all to read what you and the Bainbridge Police and Agent Joe Fore did to us.
We have not forgotten Dave when you tried to Ram Us with your sailboat in Nanaimo harbor, remember? This was after we received our yacht back from US Customs. Dave, we presume you tried
to Ram us because you were not successful in obtaining our yacht with Joe Fore for free!

informed US Customs in Seattle that this was the woman that we purchased Kalisha from and that we would obtain another bill of sale for Kalisha, then Joe Fore jumped into action with

In addition to the review here about the Bainbridge Police as there is not enough space, we have added this information as a photo. Note while the Yacht Kalisha was under seizure in
lake Union by US Customs Agent Joe Fore. Mr. Fore flew to Victoria BC Canada to speak with the woman that we purchased Kalisha from with the following offer as confirmed and told by
this woman to us when we obtained a second original Bill of sale as the Calgary Police held the original bill of sale, and Joe Fore had a photo copy taken from Kalisha on Bainbridge
Islan. Here is Joe’s offer to the woman that we purchased Kalisha from, Joe offered to return Kalisha to her free of charge in a fully restored condition (by us at a cost or $40,000).
In return she would have to say that “Kalisha was stolen and that she was the rightful owner” thankfully she refused Joe Fore’s offer and gave us a second Bill of Sale for Kalisha.
You may ask why would Joe Fore make such an offer, well Joe realized quite quickly that Kalisha was not stolen and by this woman saying that Kalisha was stolen this would let Joe and
US Customs in Seattle off the hook for the illegal seizure of Kalisha. We are confident that the residents of Bainbridge Island and the Seattle area will be dismayed to know that US
Customs and the Bainbridge Island Police are more interested in propping up a corrupt Police Dept (Calgary Police in Canada) who initiated this seizure of Kalisha, then securing USA,
s own borders. Here is some background below on the Calgary Police Department in Canada who your Bainbridge Police & US Customs are more than willing to assist in any nefarious request

talk about Kalisha but there were many personal items missing, tools electronics from Kalisha when we received Kalisha back, we obviously have no idea who stole our items from Kalisha.
