the Prosecuting Attorney's

RESOLUTION NO. 01-04
WHEREAS, one-half (~) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's
salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance with R.C.W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the
salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney's salary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for the calendar year 2004 is eighty-three thousand, one
hundred and seventy-four and 47/100 dollars ($83,174.47), effective January 1,2004.
