In the Matter of Establishing the }
Assessor's Plat of Nicholson's }
Irondale Reservoir Addition }
RESOLUTION NO 07-04
WHEREAS, the plat of Nicholson's Irondale Reservoir Addition consisted oflots
substandard to the rules for development; and
WHEREAS, through negotiations with the land owner and agreement it was
determined that said lots could and should be consolidated into ten (10) parcels as described by
perimeter platted rights of way; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 58.18 Revised Code of Washington establishes criteria for
the filing of a Assessor's Plat for the purpose maintaining the public record in the instances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners that
they hereby grant the Jefferson County Assessor permission to establish an Assessor's Plat,
pursuant to Chapter 58.18 Revised Code of Washington, for the purpose of consolidating the lots
or parcels contained in the Nicholson's Irondale Reservoir Addition into ten (10) lots or parcels.
