TO SELL SURPLUS )
COUNTY PROPERTY )
RESOLUTION NO. 25-04
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to dispose
of surplus property; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has indicated a need to dispose of those
items on the list of surplus equipment attached to this resolution, for public auction to be held on
July 17, 2004 and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson County
that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020 particularly
describing the property to be sold by Stokes Auction on behalf of the County, after public
hearing to be held for such consideration June 21,2004 in the Jefferson County Commissioners
Chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse.

ON THE INTENTION OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
TO SELL SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on the 21st day of June, 2004 at 10:15 a.m. in the County
Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port
Townsend, Washington, for the purpose of declaring their intention to dispose of surplus
County property, partially described as follows:
Heavy Equipment: (i.e. Several Automobiles, Pickup Truck, Backhoe,
Trailer, Broom, Trucks, 5yd Dump, Forklift)
Your views for or against the sale of this surplus real property are invited by attendance,
representation, or letter.
