RESOLUTION NO. 27-04
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Oil City road ,County Road No. 134309, M.P. 9.73 to M.P. 9.77, be improved as
follows:
Replace the existing 23 ft. long by 20 ft. wide timber bridge with an 80 ft. long by 20 ft. wide concrete bridge. The existing bridge
is at risk offailure due to undennining of the bridge piles. The bridge must be increased in length to accommodate the ongoing,
natural deepening and widening of Fossil Creek. This work will include regrading of channel slopes, placement of riprap abutment
protection, and slope revegetation. Bridge approach work will consist of minor realignment, regrading, and resurfacing of the
roadway.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purpose shown:

Engineering $ 0 $ 58.000 (100% BROS)
Right of Way $ 0 $ 7 .500 (100% BROS)
Construction: $ 0 $ 229.400 (100% BROS)
TOTAL $ 0 $ 294.900 (100% BROS)
This project is included in the officially adopted annual road program as Item No._.
X The project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted annual road program in accordance with R.C.W. 36.81.130.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that:
X The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in accordance with R.C.W. 36.77 .065 and W.A.C. 136.18.
Construction is not funded at this time.
