Changing the Name of a Private x
Road, Burnt Tree Lane x
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a request to change the name
of a private road from Dilly-Dally Road to Burnt Tree Lane, pursuant to Jefferson County 911
Emergency Locator System Ordinance Number 12.20.270; and
WHEREAS, all property owners along this road desire this change and have signed
statements to this effect as shown on Exhibits "A", "B", "C" and "D"; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing requesting comments prior to or at the hearing was
mailed to all property owners and interested parties on June 8, 2004; and
WHEREAS, no negative responses have been received; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Dilly-Dally Road shall now be named Burnt Tree
Lane.
ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF JUNE, 2004.
