RESOLUTION NO. 45-04
WHEREAS, Vehicle Number 638, one (1) 1999 Dodge Ram pick up truck, serial number
3B7KC26Z2XM561440, was involved in a vehicle accident on July 15, 2004 and was declared totaled;
and,
WHEREAS, notice of intention to sell this surplus County property is not required per
RCW 36.34.020 because the total value is less than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500);and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners, that the Dodge Ram pick up truck, Vehicle Number 638, is hereby declared surplus and
disposal of it is authorized and approved.

Vehicle Number 638
I would like to request that vehicle number 638 one (1) 1999 Dodge Ram, serial
number 3B7KC26Z2XM561440 be declared surplus property of Jefferson
County. This pickup was involved in a vehicle accident on July 15, 2004 totaling
the vehicle. It is my opinion that the vehicle would be valued at less than
$2500.00.
