WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to
dispose of surplus properties, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has indicated a need to dispose of properties located
in Jefferson County that are described as follows, which have been declared surplus, for
sale at a public auction to be held on December 9, 2004.

Lots 3 and 4 in Block 1 of Corrigan Addition to Port Townsend, as per plat
recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 65, records of Jefferson County, Washington.
Situate in the County of Jefferson, State of Washington

with a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County Property,
NO W; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020
particularly describing the properties proposed to be sold and designating the place
where, the day and hour, when the hearing will be held for such consideration.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the 11 th day of October, 2004 at
11 :00 a.m. in the County Commissioner's Chambers, Jefferson County
Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, Washington, for the purpose

Authorize sale of five parcel's currently owned by the County:
Statement of Issue:
Property is appropriate for sale and return to tax roles. Mr. Dawes has submitted an application to
purchase parcel 945-300-102, Lots 3 & 4 in Block 1 of Corrigan's Addition to Port Townsend, for the
amount of $917.15 plus costs of $27.00 for total price of 944.15. Four additional parcels have been
requested to go to sale by commissioners.
