HOARD OF COVMISSIONERS
This letter is to request that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the establishment of a
Superior Court Petty Cash Fund. With the separation of the County Clerk's Office from the
Superior Court Administration, it will be necessary for the Court Administrator to have their own
Petty Cash Fund to procure small items for the Superior Court jurors such as cough drops,
tissues, and pop; and also for miscellaneous certified mailings that occur. We request the small
amount of $50.00 be placed into a Petty Cash Fund for the Superior Court. Thank you.
