Intent to Establish
A County Road:
Covington Way

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners
that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County Road System:
That road known as Covington Way (m.p. 0.00 to 0.022), lying in Section 11,
Township 29 North, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, intersecting with State
Highway 19 at milepost 10.051, and more descriptively shown on attached Exhibit
"A";
and in contemplation of the language of Statute RC.W. 36.81.010,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County Commissioners
does now declare its intention to establish said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to
examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as to the
necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general course and length thereof, and
all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such
reports be filed as soon as possible.
