IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Oak Bay Road. (emergency road
repair). County Road No. 569908, in the.area of M.P. 9.38 , declared
an emergency by PROCLAMATION OF EMERGENCY. Resolution 23-95, dated
March 27, 1995, and includes waiver of bid procedure as per RCW
36.40.180, to be improved as follows:
Portion of roadbed fill replaced with Engineered wall, Grading,
Draining, Surfacing with Asphalt Concrete pavement, Pavement Marking,
Permanent Signing.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted
road fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made
in the amounts and for the purpose shown:

road program in accordance with R.C.W. 36.81.130.

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with
R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS
The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in
accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
