Increasing the Balance of the
Sheriffs Revolving Fund

RESOLUTION NO. 94-95
WHEllEA~ the Sheriff's Revolving Fund currently has a reimbursable balance of
$400.00; and,
WHEllEA~ an additional amount of $4,600.00 is needed for the purchase of food
and jail supplies at economical prices.
NOW l1lEllEFOllE BE IT llESOL VE~ that the Jefferson County Sheriff's
Revolving Fund balance be increased to $5,000.00 and the County Treasurer be
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $4,600.00 payable to the
Jefferson County Sheriff's Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER llESOL VE~ that the Sheriff's Office will reimburse the
Revolving Fund on a monthly basis. The reimbursements will be made through
the expenditure voucher system in the Auditor's Office. All reimbursement
requests will only be accepted with original receipts attached.
