In the Matter of Amending Resolution No. 6-93 }
Appointing the County Representatives Pursuant }
to the Bylaws of the Washington Counties Risk Pool}
RESOLUTION NO. 96-95
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 6-93
on January 19, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, that Resolution needs to be amended to provide for re-appointment
of the County representatives to the Washington Counties Risk Pool due to personnel
changes in the County.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 6-93, which
revised Resolution No. 81-88, Item 4, is further amended as follows:
As required by the By-Laws of the Washington Counties Risk Pool, the
Board of County Commissioners hereby appoints the Deputy Director of
Public Services to serve as the County's alternate representative to the
Board of Directors of the Pool, and to serve as the County Risk Manager.
