SHORELINE ADMINISTRATOR,
CRITICAL AREAS ADMINISTRATOR,
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR, AND
FLOOD MANAGEMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 98-95
WHEREAS, certain ordinances administered through the Permit
Center require the appointment of an administrative official responsible for
certain decisions, interpretations, and directives in the execution of said
ordinances; and,
WHEREAS, certain ordinances name said administrative official by
title or function and said titles or function may very from ordinance to
ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, said responsibilities continue to be consolidated in the
senior ranking management individual within the Permit Center.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County that the Director of Community
Development is hereby appointed as the SEPA Responsible Official,
Subdivision Administrator, Shoreline Administrator, Zoning Administrator,
Critical Areas Administrator, Flood Management Responsible Official and lor
the responsible administrative official as may be required by ordinance
administered by the Jefferson County Planning Department or Permit Center.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that said appointment is effective
November 1, 1995 and shall remain until otherwise altered by resolution.
