WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a road vacation
petition submitted by Michael Rezan, Myresia Canete, Li - Li Mei Raizuel i and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner held a public hearinz on the road
vacation petition on January 3, 1995 i and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner considered testimony of the public,
comments from applicable departments, azencies and offices, and recommendation from the
Jefferson County Public Works Department and Jefferson County Planninz Department at the
public hearinZi and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner determined at the public hearinz that
the public will benefit from the vacation of portions of the roads and such vacation complies with
the Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan and other applicable plans, policies or ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered said Hearinz
Examiner's report of the public hearinz and his recommendation for the vacation request and
hereby adopts the Findinzs of the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner dated January 12 , 1995;
and
WHEREAS, compensation required pursuant to RCW 36.87.120 and Jefferson County
Road Vacation Ordinance No. 06-0615-92 has been met,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the followinz be vacated and abandoned
pursuant to RCW 36.87.140 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 06-0615-92:
That portion of the platted alley beinz 15 feet wide and 100 feet Ions lyinz between Lot 28 and
Lots 24 throuzh 27 in block 153 in the plat of lrondale No.6, as recorded at Paze 139, Volume 2
of Plats, records of Jefferson County, Washington.
