RESOLUTION NO. 106-95
Temporary Closure of Traffic
on Quinalt South Shore, Co Rd.
Number 911607 and Upper Hoh
Road, Co. Rd. Number 914207.
WHEREAS, an emergency exists due to flooding caused by unusual weather conditions
beginning November 7,1995, as stated in Resolution Number~95, and;

WHEREAS, a hazard exists to the public on the Quinalt South Shore, County Road
Number 911607, and the Upper Hoh Road, County Road Number 914207, due to washouts
caused by flooding and erosion, and;
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.c.W. authorizes the restriction and closure of roads;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Quinalt South Shore, County Road
Number 911607, M.P. 0.86 to M.P. 1.05 and Upper Hoh Road, County Road Number 914207,
M.P.l1.99 to M.P. 12.04 are closed to all traffic commencing immediately and remaining closed
until such time as the roads are repaired and reopened.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF November, 1995.
